The correct option is B (3, 5)
Diagonals of a parallelogram bisect each other. So the midpoint of the given diagonal will be the midpoint of the diagonal as well.
Midpoint of the line joining two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is (x1+x22,y1+y22)
So midpoint of the diagonal is (1+52,3+72)=(3,5)
