The correct option is B $90 c m$
If there is no heat current in lower rod, temperature of point $C$ should be $20^{\circ} C$ . For this,
$i = \frac{200 - θ_{c}}{R_{1}} = \frac{θ_{c} - 0}{R_{2}}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{200 - 20}{\frac{x}{K A}} = \frac{20 - 0}{\frac{(1 - x)}{K A}} \Rightarrow 180 [1 - x] = 20 x \Rightarrow 9 - 9 x = x \Rightarrow x = \frac{9}{10} m = 90 c m$
