Open in App
Solution

En=2.18×(z2/n2)J
for He+ atom z value is 2
and energy for H atom of first orbit =2.18×1018J
this value is also calculated by energy of an electron in the first orbit of He+ dividing by 22 or 4.
E1 H atom =871.6×1020J/4=2.18×1018J
