The correct option is C 4x+8y1=0
Let the equation of line parallel to x+2y=1 be y=mx+c
intersection point of line xy=4 and 3x+y=7 is given by solving two equation we get x=114 and y=54
from equation x+2y=1y=12x+12
we get m1=12
since y=mx+c is parallel to x+2y=1
m2=12
also, y=mx+c54=12.114+cc=18
therefore equation of line parallel to x+2y=1 is given as
y=mx+cy=12x+184x+8y1=0
