$\Rightarrow \frac{x}{-c}+\frac{y}{c}=1$

Putting $c=5$ , we get

$\frac{x}{-5}+\frac{y}{5}=1$

$\Rightarrow x-y=-5$

$\Rightarrow x-y+5=0$
