The correct option is D
$x^{2} + y^{2} + 16 x - 24 y + 183 = 0$

Radius = 5

Centres of the other circle is the reflection of the centre of the given circle in $4 x + 7 y + 13 = 0$ .

$∴$ p = (-16, -2)

$∴$ centre of the other circle

$(x + 16)^{2} + (y + 2)^{2} = 25$

$x^{2} + y^{2} + 32 x + 4 y + 235 = 0$
