The correct option is A $3 x - 4 y + 18 = 0$
$3 x - 4 y + 2 = 0 \Rightarrow y = \frac{3}{4} x + \frac{1}{2}$
Therefore, Slope of the line $3 x - 4 y + 2 = 0 is \frac{3}{4}$ .
Equation of the line parallel to $3 x - 4 y + 2 = 0 will be y = \frac{3}{4} x + c$ .
Given, the line passes through $(- 2, 3)$ .
$\Rightarrow 3 = \frac{3}{4} \times (- 2) + c$
