The correct option is A x+8y=33,x+8y=33
The curve is y=2x3+2x
dydx=6x2+2
The normal is parallel to the line 2x+16y=7
So 1dy/dx=216
16x2+2=18
6x2+2=8
x2=1x=±1
y=±4
So the point of contact are
(1,4) and (1,4)

Hence, required normals are
y4=18(x1)
8y32=x+1
x+8y=33

y+4=18(x+1)
8y+32=x1
x+8y=33
