Any plane through the line of intersection of the planes:

2xy=0 and 3zy=0 is given by

(2xy)+λ(3zy)=0 ... (i)

2x+(1λ)y+3zλ=0 is perpendicular to the plane 4x+5y+3z=0

4.2+(1λ).5+(3.λ)(3)=0

855λ9λ=0

314λ=0

λ=314

Substituting the value λ in equation, we get

2x+y(1314)+3z14

28x17y+9z=0
