The correct option is B 3x2y=0
Consider the given equation.
2x+3y7=0 ...........(1)

slope(m1)=23

Since, the line is perpendicular to given line. so slope will be
slope(m2)=1m2=32

We know that the equation of the line which is passing through the point (0,0)
yy1=slope(xx1)

So,
y0=32(x0)

y=32x

3x2y=0

Hence, this is the answer.
