The correct option is A $8 x + 7 y = 3$
Given
$7 x - 8 y = 6$
The slope of the given line is $m_{1} = \frac{7}{8}$
Let slope of line perpendicular be $m_{2}$
if two lines are perpendicular then
$m_{1} m_{2} = - 1$
$\frac{7}{8} \times m_{2} = - 1$
$m_{2} = \frac{- 8}{7}$
hence the slope of line perpendicular line will be $\frac{- 8}{7}$ .
eq of line will be with slope $\frac{- 8}{7}$
