Solution

COCl2(g)CO(g)+Cl2(g)cconcentrationcxxxat equilibrium
Kc=[CO][Cl2][COCl2]=(x)(x)(cx)
Given, Kc=0.08cx=0.1
Kc=x2cx0.08=x20.1
x=0.08940.09M
The equilibrium concentration of CO and Cl2 are x=0.09m.
