The correct option is C 4 μF
Given circuit:

Since, capacitors 6 μF and 12 μF are in series and thies equivalent capacitance 6×126+12=4 μF is in parallel with 4 μF capacitor. Redrawing the circuit,


Since, both the 8 μF capacitors are in series so, their equivalent capacitance, 8×88+8=4 μF.


Finally,
So, the equivalent capacitance, (Ceq)AB=4μF

Hence, option (c) is correct answer.
