The correct option is C 1μF
As shown in the figure, both capacitors C=2μF are in parallel so C1=2+2=4μF
Now, capacitors C=2/3μF are also in parallel combination so C2=2/3+2/3=4/3μF
C1 and C2 are now in series combination
so Ceq=C1C2C1+C2=1μF
