Let external angles of a ABC be A, B, & C,
Exterior A=18050=130o
As we know that, sum of exterior angles of any closed figure is 360.

Therefore,
A+B+C=360

=> 130o+B+C=360o

=> B+C=230o

In BOC,

B+C2+BOC=360o

=> 2302+BOC=360o
Therefore,
BOC=65o
