The correct option is A 1300πcm2
External surface area of cylinder =540π cm2
2πRh=540π cm2

Internal radius (r)=162=8 cm
Height (h)=15 cm

So,
2πRh=540π

2R×15=540

R×30=540

R=18 cm

Total surface area
=2π(R+r)(Rr+h)

=2π(26)(25)

=1300π cm2

Hence, the total surface area of the cylinder =1300π cm2.
