Solution

The correct option is A A or B
The genotype of the father with blood group AB will be IAIB. Therefore the gametes will be IA and IB. The genotype of the mother with blood group O will be IOIO. The gamete will be IO. These gametes on crossing can give two possibilities IAIO or IBIO. Thus the genotype of the child will be IAIO or IBIO. Thus the child can have either blood group A or B.
Thus the correct answer is option A.
