The correct option is C
Normal reaction due to ground $(N_{2})$ will act on $M$ and that due to m will be perpendicular to surface of $M$ and towards it $(N_{1})$ . Also since the pulley is attached to $M$ there will be tension acting on the pulley which in turn acts on $M$ .
