The correct option is B It is coronary artery, which is blocked by a plaque and the same is being cracked.
As the diagram is showing angiogram and we can see inside of the blood vessel. Angiography is an imaging technique used to visualize the inside or the lumen of the blood vessel. In the diagram, we can see the stenosis or the narrowing of the blood vessel by the formation of plaque. This plaque can be removed by angioplasty whereby, the coronary arteries, which are blocked by the plaque which narrows it can be widened by removal of plaque. This is being shown in the diagram.
