The figure can be simplified into an equilateral triangle and 3 semi-circular figures.

The area of the equilateral triangle is = (3a2)4

=(3×72)4

The area of the semicircle = 12×π×r2 (r = a2)

=12×227×3.52

The combined area of the figure = area of the triangle + 3 x (area of the semicircle)

=(3×72)4 + 3 × 12×227×3.52

= 78.94 cm2
