Diameter of one small circle is equal to the radius of largest circle.

$\therefore$ radius of larger circle = 14 & radius of smaller circle = 7.

$\Rightarrow$ Area of large circle $=\pi (14{)}^2$

& Area of small circle $=\pi (7{)}^2$

$\frac{Areaoflargecircle}{2\times areaofsmallcircle}=\frac{\pi (14{)}^2}{2\pi \left(\pi 7^2\right)}=2$
