Let's redraw the circuit

$C_{1} = C_{2} = C_{3} = C_{4}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{C_{1}}{C_{2}} = \frac{C_{3}}{C_{4}}$

The given circuit is a balanced Wheatsone Bridge.

Thus, $V_{P} = V_{Q}$ and there will be no flow of current through $C_{5}$ .
