The correct option is B γ=2α
When length of liquid coloumn remains constant,
then the level of liquid moves down w.r.t container
thus γ=3α
Now, V=Vo(1+γΔT)
Since, V=Alo=[Ao(1+2αΔT)]10=Vo(1+2αΔt)
Hence, Vo(1+γΔT)=Vo(1+2αΔT)
γ=2α
