The correct options are
A U=4μJ
D H=1W
Here in steady state, no current flows through the capacitor branch.

And current in 1Ω and 2Ω resistance are same.
And is =33=1 A

Rate of heat dissipation=i2R=12×1=1 W

And potential difference accross the capacitor=2V

U=12CV2=12×2×22=4μJ

Option A,D is the correct answer.
