Perimeter of a rectangle $= 2 (l e n g t h + b r e a t h)$
Given, perimeter $= 60 c m$
Length $= (k + 4) c m$
Breath $= (3 k - 2) c m$
Perimeter $= 2 (l + b)$
$∴ 60 = 2 (k + 4 + 3 k - 2)$
$=> 30 = 4 k + 2$
$=> 4 k = 28$
$=> k = 7$
