The correct option is E None of the pairs has points that meet these conditions
Between similarly charged spheres, there is a point exactly at the mid point of the line joining them where the electric field is zero. But there is no point anywhere where the electric potential would be zero.
Between oppositely charged spheres, at all points along line perpendicular to line joining them, the electric potential is zero, but there is no point in between where electric field is zero.
Hence correct answer is option E.
