The correct option is B increases for both but increase is more for V1.
The figure shows two vessels v1 and v2 containing same amount of water to the same height.
when temperature increases increment in volume of both the vessels is same but since 1st one is narrow at the top its increase height will be more than second one and pressure at bottom h.
so more increase in height of implies more increase in pressure of 1st.and there will also be some increase in pressure of 2nd.
