The correct option is B The particle crosses it initial position at t=2 s
A. We can't say anything about the initial position from v-t graph.
B. It crosses initial position when its displacement is zero, i.e positive area above x-axis is equal to negative area below x-axis. Since the line is of slope -1 (135 degrees), thus at t=2 seconds, it will have such a condition (areas of triangle same).
C. Average speed is not zero because speed is the magnitude of velocity, so it will always be positive.
