Let T be the required temperature.
Average Energy of each atom = 32kT
This must be 10.2 eV.
32kT=10.2×1.6×1019
(Θ1 eV=1.6×1019J)
or T=2×10.2×1.6×10193×1.38×1023=7.88×104 K
