The correct option is A Na<Mg>Al<Si
Na, Mg, Al and Si belongs to third period. First ionization potential increases across period from left to right. But I.P of magnesium is greater than sodium because of the fully filled configuration of magnesium. On the other hand, aluminium looses one one electron to get stable magnesium configuration, hence I.P of Al is less than Si. The correct order is Mg<Na<Si<Al.
