The correct option is B 10000

For Candidate A, number of votes received in 2009 = 30% of 260000 = 78000

Similarly

Winning candidates in 2009 and 2014 are D and B, respectively.

Required difference = 114000 – 104000 = 10000

Hence, 10000 is the answer.
