Let first, second, third class fare, $6 x, 4 x, x$ resp

Let no. of the passenger of first, second, third be $2 y, 5 y, 50 y$ resp

Total fare : $6 x \times 2 y + 4 x \times 5 y + x \times 50 y = 12 x y + 20 x y + 50 x y$

$82 x y = 12300$

$x y = 150$

Total collection from $1^{s t} c l a s s = 12 x y = 12 \times 150 = 1800$

$2^{n d} c l a s s = 20 x y = 20 \times 150 = 3000$

$3^{r d} c l a s s = 50 x y = 50 \times 150 = 7500$
