It can be deduced from the conditions given that when U is assigned a South facing flat, having S as diagonally opposite, that means S is assigned a North facing flat not adjacent to Q. And T is also assigned a North facing flat and T is between Q and S. So Q, T and S are in the same row in north facing flats.
As U and S are diagonally opposite, U is in the South facing flat with R next to it. Only P is left, thus P is also south facing flat.
So, diagonally opposite are U and S and Q and P.
