Critical velocity is given by vc=kηρr

where k is reynold's number i.e 1000

putting values according to question : vc=0.16m/s

When flow rate is 3 L/min

Q=3L/min=360L/ml

=120×103 m3/sec

A=1.227×104

V2=QA=1×10320×1.227×104

V2=12×1.227=0.40 m/s

V2>Vc turbulent flow

Hence option A is correct.
