$\text{Total expenditure is}:$

Central angle of clothing is
$=\frac{\text{expenditure on clothing}}{\text{total expenditure}}\times {360}^o$

$=(\frac{2000}{10000}\times {360}^{\circ })={72}^{\circ }$
