The correct option is B 2
We can split 32 as 30 + 2.

So, to multiply 32 with 3132, we have to first multiply 3132 with 2.

Now, in Step 1, we get:
3132×2=6264


In the second step, we will multiply 3132 with 30.
But, in Step 2, the "correct" answer will be:
3132×30=93960.


But, on comparing, we can see that the Royal Treasurer had wrongly calculated it as 3132×3=9396.
The zero after 9396 is missing.

So, the first error made by the Royal Treasurer is in "Step 2".
