  • Aluminium
  • Iron
  • copper
  • Charcoal
  • Sulfur
Tell if these reactions are possible or not. If possible, then mention if they require heating or they can be performed at room temperature.

Magnesium, aluminium and iron reacts with HCl. These metals are more reactivethan hydrogen, so displaces hydrogen from HCl. Whereas copper, charcoal and sulphur does not react with HClCopper is less reactive than hydrogen, so no reaction with HCl.Charcoal and sulphur are non metals.
