The following graph was plotted between V and I values. What would be the values of V/I ratios when the potential difference is 0.5 V and 1 V?

Solution

Given: $V$ vs $I$ graph.
To find the values of $V : I$ ratio when potential difference is $0.5 V$ and $1 V$
Solution:
When potential difference is $V = 0.5 V$ , then the corresponding value of $I$ from will be $I = 0.2 A$
But by Ohm's law, $\frac{V}{I} = R$
Therefore, $\frac{V}{I} = \frac{0.5}{0.2} = 2.5 Ω$
When potential difference is $V = 1 V$ , then the corresponding value of $I$ from will be $I = 0.4 A$
But by Ohm's law, $\frac{V}{I} = R$
Therefore, $\frac{V}{I} = \frac{1}{0.4} = 2.5 Ω$
