Solution

The correct options are
A When xA=1 and xB=0,thenP=P0A
B When xB=1 and xA=0,thenP=P0B
C When xA=1 and xB=0,thenP<P0B
D When xB=1 and xA=0,thenP>P0A
From the graph, we can observe that p0A<p0B

The vapour pressure at any x can be given as P=(p0Bp0A)×xB+p0A

Also, xA+xB=1 (Binary system)

So, at xA=1,xB=0 and P=p0A<p0B
and
at xB=1,xA=0 and P=p0B>p0A

Hence, options A, B, C and D are correct
