Solution

The correct option is C XOR
The inputs are A and B.
After going to G1, OR gate, the output is A+B
After going to G2, NAND gate, the output is ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯A.B
In the G3, the inputs are A+B & ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯A.B. Hence, the output will be (A+B).(¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯A.B).
After doing the Boolean Algebra we can get the output truth-table as follows-
0,1,1,0
This is the truth table of XOR gate.
