Solution

The correct option is A P Q S R
The first statement in the sequence should be the one that best connects to S1. It should be a continuation or extension of S1.
P is first in the sequence: S1 says that it is important to have positive attitude and to train our minds not to focus on the negative. P tells us why we need to do so. It says that negative thoughts attract depression and exhausts us.
P is followed by Q: Q tells us how we can develop a positive attitude. It says that we must take care and make the right choice even in our thoughts.
Q is followed by S: S further adds to Q's point It says that we have to constantly evaluate ourselves and ask what is important and constructive.
S is followed by R: R tells us about positive thoughts. It says that these thoughts attract that which is good. S6 tells us that the subject believes that the above mentioned habit can be done with practice.
Thus, the correct sequence is P Q S R. Hence, A is the correct option.
