$=41+1.5$
$=42.5$
On scale we have 1 symbol $=100$ watches
$\therefore$ Total number of watches manufactured in the whole week
$=100\times 42.5$
$=4250$ watches.

Hence, 4250 watches were manufactured in the whole week.
