(1) Votes for Nashima $=\frac{\text{Central Angles}}{{360}^o}\times \text{Total Votes}$
$=\frac{{120}^o}{{360}^o}\times 720=240$
Votes for Suja $=\frac{{60}^o}{360o}\times 720=120$
Nashima defeated Suja by $240-120=120$ Votes.
(2) Suja has central angle ${60}^0$.
$\therefore$ Suja got the minimum Votes i.e. $120$ votes.
