The correct option is B II & III
In the given reaction a single compound (Pb(NO3)2) on heating is breaking down to form other different compounds (PbO,NO2,O2). Hence, it is a type of decomposition reaction.
As heat is provided for the reaction to happen, it is also a endothermic reaction.

In other words, we can also say that it is a thermal decomposition reaction.
So both II - decomposition & III - endothermic are correct.
