Solution

The correct option is B P-R-S-Q
The first statement in the sequence should be the one that best connects with S1. It must be a continuation or extension of S1.
P is first in the sequence: S1 says that a clerk working in CPWD for 15 years won Rs. 1 crore in a programme called 'Kaun Banega Crorepati'. P starts telling us what happened after he won. It says that after he won his fellow clerks approached him with proposals to launch some joint projects.
P is followed by R: R adds to P. It says that additionally his relatives advised him to leave service and start his own business.
R is followed by S: S tells us how the clerk reacted to the friends and relatives. It says that he listened to all of them patiently.
S is followed by Q: Q further adds that, however, he then shied away from both his friends and relatives. S6 tells us why he shied away. It says that he shied away because all the publicity that he received was really disturbing him.
Thus, the correct sequence is P R S Q. Hence, C is the correct option.
