The correct option is C 20
Cumulative frequency of a particular data entry is the sum of frequencies of all the data entries coming before that entry.
Therefore, here, the cumulative frequency of 45 will be the sum of frequencies of $5, 15, 25, 35$ and $45.$
$∴$ the cumulative frequency for $45$ is $5 + 4 + 6 + 3 + 2$ i.e. $20.$
