To draw the bar graph, we will write the name of persons along the X-axis and will plot values of ages along the Y-axis. Along the Y-axis we will choose the scale as ten small divisions equal to $10$ years. Then on plotting all the values we will get the bar graph as shown below.
From the above graph the height of bar of $B$ is the smallest as compared to all other bars, So $B$ , is the youngest of all.
