To draw the bar graph, we will write the name of persons along the X-axis and will plot values of ages along the Y-axis. Along the Y-axis we will choose the scale as ten small divisions equal to $10$years. Then on plotting all the values we will get the bar graph as shown below.

From the above graph,age of $\mathrm{A}$ is $35$years and that of $\mathrm{D}$ is $30$years, So $\mathrm{A}$ is older than $\mathrm{D}$ by $35-30=5$years.
