Draw a bar graph and answer who had the least stamps?

To draw the bar graph we will take the name of students along the X-axis and the number of stamps along the X-axis. To plot the number of stamps along the Y-axis, we will choose the scale as ten small divisions equal to $20$ stamps. By plotting all the values we will get the required bar graph which is shown below.

From the above graph, bar $\mathrm{E}$ is the smallest as compared to all other bars, So student $\mathrm{E}$ has the minimum number of stamps.
