FBD of $5 kg$ block

$∴$ Force exerted on $5 kg$ by $10 kg$ block is $N_{2}$

Net force on $5 kg$ block is zero w.r.t to lift frame.
$N_{2} - 5 g - 15 = 0$
or $N_{2} = 65 N$

Hence, Option $(C)$ is the correct answer.
